Pigment Printing Thickeners
PINOCHEM KIMYA has introduced a variety of synthetic thickeners for applications involving pigment printing, varying by concentration. These synthetic thickeners are accessible in their acidic composition, namely PINOPRINT P 15, PINOPRINT P 17, and PINOPRINT P 19. However, they also come in a neutralized form, which eliminates the necessity of adding ammonia during the preparation of printing paste in textile mills. The neutralized version integrates ammonia directly into the thickener. This range includes PINOPRINT PN 18 and PINOPRINT PN 30.

PINOPRINT RD 45 : Synthetic thickener designed for reactive printing that brings superior coverage and color yield ,gives improved definition on difficult substrates. It is easy to use and disperse,paste prepared by Pinoprint RD 45 can be ready to use with 10 minutes stirring.It can be mixed with alginate to help for overcoming the electrolyte sensitivity when high concentration of some dyestuffs are used.
PINOPRINT RDTA : Product is the mixture of synthetic thickener for reactive printing and sodium alginate.It has excellent wash off properties,therefore dried and fixed printing paste films remain flexible and can be easily removed with conventional washing processes.Has high color yield and bright prints are obtained.Besides printing smoothness, very sharp line contours are obtained.
